Return Policy

Returns:

We're all about quality and details, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.  But if for any reason you're not satisfied, no worries!  You can return or exchange your item for a full refund or another item of equal value.

You've got 7 days after receiving your item to let us know that you want to return it, and here's what you need to make that happen:

  • Request the return within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Your return MUST be sent in the original packaging. 
  • Our outbound shipping is always free, but you'll be responsible for the return shipping.

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and let you know if your refund has been approved.  If the refund has been approved, please be patient while we process your refund. The refund process should take around 2 weeks to complete, but you'll get an email confirmation when it's done.  Please be patient with your bank, as they'll need some extra time to post the refund to your account.

Just remember, sale items and gift cards can't be returned.  Also, we will be unable to accept any items that you send back to use without prior authorization.

    Damages and issues:

     

    At Almon Woodworking, we don't just want you to be happy with your purchase, we want you to be ecstatic! That's why we take quality control seriously.

    As soon as you receive your order, give it a thorough once-over.  If you spot any damage, defects, or if you accidentally get the wrong item, don't sweat it! Just contact us ASAP and we'll fix it immediately.

    But here's the deal: we can only consider damage requests made within 7 days of receiving your item. After that, we're sorry but we will be unable to help you with your order.

    Now, what do we mean by "damaged"?  We're talking about any item that arrives in a state that makes it unusable or unsuitable for its intended purpose. 

    From bumps in the road to turbulence in the sky, we've seen it all.  But don't worry, we're here to make sure your package arrives safe, sound, and on time.  If there are any hiccups along the way, just let us know and we'll swoop in to save the day.

     

     

    Exchanges:

     

    We hate to keep you waiting, which is why we've made our exchange process lightning-fast.  Simply contact us for a return authorization number, send back your item, and we'll have your exchange on its way before you can finish your morning coffee.     

     

    Refunds:

     

    We promise to give your return the VIP treatment, and we'll send you a confirmation if your refund is approved or not.  After your return reaches our workshop, give us 2 weeks to work our magic on your refund.  Once everything's processed, we'll send a confirmation to your email.  Please be patient with your bank, as they'll need some extra time to post the refund to your account.
